DevOps Agile Engineering Leader - ImagineX Consulting

Location: United States, Canada, United States

ImagineX Consulting is a rapidly growing consulting firm focusing on client business/software solutions. We are seeking an Enterprise DevOps Agile Engineering Leader typically with a strong technology delivery background in addition to expert facilitation and leading agile teams.

Successful candidates should have the following:

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive clients understanding and utilization of lean engineering methodologies
  • Pair with program level resources to ensure alignment
  • Clearly communicate with clients, managing expectations and exceeding them
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for lean and agile engineering concepts
  • Unwavering support and crafting of high quality sofware and high velocity collaborative teams
  • 5+ or more years related experience operating as a technologist or IT consultant
  • Deep understanding (5+ years) of Agile SDLC lifecycle and automation techniques
  • Understanding of the various development stacks (LAMP, MEAN, etc) and automation frameworks in each
  • Understanding of DevOps and how it fits into agile engineering culture.
  • Ability to innovate in the pipeline to produce CI/CD solutions that work flawlessly
  • Able to balance complexity with pragmatism in selecting tools and languages
  • Able to analyze existing toolchains and design transforms from legacy stacks to modern ones
  • Be willing/able to rapidly learn new tools/frameworks/languages as required
  • Successful working both independently and as part of a team
  • Have a big picture mindset and able to take into account timelines and project plans
  • Understanding of modern lean engineering concepts like BDD, test automation, and refactoring
  • Understanding of modern cloud frameworks and architectures (Paas, IaaS)
