Realize Your Full Potential

Imagine something much greater, maybe even extraordinary. We know that happy consultants = happy clients. That’s why at ImagineX, we are breaking the traditional consulting company mold in favor of our consultants:

1. ImagineX Vacation Policy

Freedom yields big ideas and intellectual firepower. We believe in the “work hard, play hard” philosophy at ImagineX Consulting. This means that excellent work should be rewarded in a new way! Instead of PTO, we call it “fleXTO”. It’s time off when YOU want it. We don’t count days or hold you to a specific amount of paid time off. This allows our consultants to have more flexibility in their personal lives which makes for a better all around work-life balance.

2. ImagineX Compensation

X Marks the Spot

We know from experience that our suite of benefits combined with our extremely competitive compensation rates yield top industry talent. Team loyalty, service quality, and a high performance culture can’t be built any other way.

3. ImagineX Rewards

Live now, not later. We support this through our revolutionary X-LIST awards. It’s important to work hard and follow your dreams. Why not to be part of an organization that can work with you to turn those dreams into reality? The ImagineX “X-LIST” is our version of the proverbial “bucket list” and is designed to help our consultants achieve their life goals. Tell us what’s on your X-List and let’s work together to help you achieve it..
